Young Living's Homemade Cinnamon Applesauce
Makes about 6 cups
• 4 pounds apples
• 1 cup water
• 2-4 drops Lemon essential oil (more to taste) (Buy your Lemon essential oil here)
• 1 drop Cinnamon bark essential oil (more to taste) (Buy your Cinnamon bark essential oil here)
Peel and core your apples, then chop them into about 8 large chunks per apple. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a low simmer. Then cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes. Let cool, then mash with a potato masher or puree with an immersion blender.
